Temporary senior accounts receivable specialist covering maternity leave. Manage invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, aging reports, month-end close support, stakeholder communication, and support/mentor junior AR staff.

Performs day-to-day AR/AP, treasury and cashflow tasks; manages Malaysia LHDN e-invoicing; prepares reconciliations and supporting schedules; ensures compliance with accounting standards; produces standard reports and maintains document/data management systems.

Provide day-to-day support for Windows-based and virtual environments (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing). Diagnose faults, apply patching, maintain systems, update documentation and knowledge base, support internal clients, and follow compliance procedures while developing technical skills and assisting on projects.

Support planning and delivery of project workstreams by producing plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, issues, scope, resources, schedules, assurance, change, and benefits. Lead a small project team, provide guidance, and develop capability through training and coaching while ensuring compliance with governance and project management frameworks.

Design, integrate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes. Support process design, feasibility testing, standards/specification drafting, inspections, data collection/analysis, continuous improvement, project management, supplier coordination, and product development to meet cost, quality, and safety requirements.

Lead and improve assembly processes: implement standards, troubleshoot daily production issues, coordinate suppliers/subcontractors, support quality and operator training, and manage assigned projects to optimize production performance in a driveline manufacturing facility.

Serve as on-site HR Business Partner at Legazpi plant, leading operational HR, labor relations, employee engagement, talent management, recruitment, training, performance, compensation, retention, and HR analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Manage plant-level supply chain operations including supply planning, supplier performance, inventory control, transport and incoming goods. Lead teams, deliver budgets, ensure HSE compliance, drive continuous improvement, supervise warehouse operations, and manage enterprise systems to meet local business goals.
