Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. Lead process implementation projects, troubleshoot production issues, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, coordinate suppliers, and support PPAP/FTF documentation.

Performs day-to-day AR/AP, treasury and cashflow tasks; manages Malaysia LHDN e-invoicing; prepares reconciliations and supporting schedules; ensures compliance with accounting standards; produces standard reports and maintains document/data management systems.

Lead engineering planning activities including strategic planning, data-driven product/service improvement, feasibility and cost-benefit studies, CAD design, budgeting and financial analysis, workflow and performance measurement, and stakeholder engagement to identify and implement process and product improvements.
