We’re looking for a people person to join us as an HR Business Partner
Location: Legazpi – on site
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to drive organizational success through people in a complex industrial environment.
This role combines operational HR leadership at plant level with strategic influence on talent and culture and will act as the face of HR in Legazpi, managing day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leadership to improve employee engagement, foster a positive labor climate, and support integration and transformation processes.
A key focus during the first year will be strengthening labor relations and building trust with employee representatives. In addition, it will lead and implement talent strategies, advise on HR policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, training, development, performance, succession planning, compensation & benefits, and retention. You will also leverage HR analytics and KPIs (absenteeism, workforce metrics, costs) to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles (HRBP, Generalist or similar), ideally in industrial environments
- Advanced English and Basque (mandatory)
- Expertise in labor relations, data analysis, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously and act as a trusted advisor on-site
- Demonstrated success in building engagement and a positive work climate
- Experience influencing leaders and managing labor relations effectively
Skills Required
