Provide general operational support in a travel and hospitality setting, helping improve customer journeys and culinary experiences by assisting guests and teammates to deliver memorable service.

Process biweekly payroll for union employees using Kronos, ensure compliance with collective agreements and federal/provincial regulations, handle benefits coordination, maintain employee records, prepare CRA/pension/union dues requisitions, and respond to payroll inquiries. Provide secondary support for accounts receivable and payable tasks including invoicing, reconciliations, month-end accruals, and reporting (SACS). Assist with policy, procedure, and internal control development.

Perform warehouse duties including receiving, unloading, shelving, inspecting deliveries, transporting equipment short distances, fulfilling orders, and counting inventory while following safety procedures and company policies.

Supervise dish room, beverage, pre-load and transportation staff for catering operations. Ensure quality, safety, HACCP compliance, inventory control, maintenance coordination, cost control, scheduling, training, performance management, union compliance, and preparation of management reports.

Administers and communicates customer flight and passenger data, inputs data into billing/self-billing and ERP systems, prepares labels and production documents, provides short-term forecasts, documents billable exceptional services, organizes billing documentation, supports data queries, monitors aircraft changes, maintains SLAs and compliance, and manages weekly schedules and training for staff.

Provide 1st- and 2nd-line deskside and remote IT support across multiple local sites: troubleshoot incidents, log and track tickets, manage hardware asset lifecycle, install/setup/relocate devices, escalate complex issues, support rollouts, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors. Regular travel between nearby offices required.

Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align production with flight schedules and menus. Produce 3–6 month, monthly, weekly, and daily plans; coordinate with materials, labor, operations, and dispatch; monitor compliance, run audits, analyze variances, report performance, and drive corrective actions. Support ERP data governance and continuous improvement; lead change management and special projects.

Oversee and sustain local quality initiatives aligned with global standards. Implement and maintain the QMS, monitor quality metrics, lead continuous improvement and root-cause projects, handle customer complaints, deliver quality training, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and improve customer satisfaction.
