The role requires teamwork, effective communication, schedule flexibility, and frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, and bending during shifts of eight or more hours.

Supervises airline catering production teams, ensuring food quality, safety, sanitation, HACCP and FDA compliance. Manages labor and food costs, staffing, scheduling, inventory, requisitions, equipment maintenance, reporting, employee training, performance management and union compliance. Oversees production specifications, temperature logs, product coding and customer requirements while improving productivity, reducing waste and supporting employee retention.

Own and improve global end-to-end procurement processes across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay. Coordinates meal and passenger counts for flights, reviews flights with onboard service crew, handles calls and logs, communicates delays and paperwork, and ensures correct meal/crew allocations while performing physical loading and customer-facing duties in an airport environment.

Manages unit Environmental, Health and Safety programs, including safety training, OSHA and EPA compliance, incident and injury investigations, corrective actions, audits, documentation, transportation safety records, and continuous compliance improvement. Partners with unit, regional, and client stakeholders to strengthen prevention practices, maintain training matrices and manuals, deliver safety communications, and support regulatory reporting.

Owns and designs end-to-end Technology Alignment Office processes enabled through ServiceNow. Responsibilities include defining process architecture, controls, approvals, KPIs, SLAs, integrations, and automation; managing process changes from requirements through deployment and adoption; monitoring performance and compliance; driving continuous improvement; and coordinating stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Lead Assembly operations for Wash & Pack, Make & Pack and Pick & Pack. Optimize processes and rostering, enforce HACCP and customer specs, drive productivity, KPIs and labour planning, coach and develop the leadership team, lead continuous improvement, manage audits, supervise supervisors and ensure compliance with safety, wage/hour and union rules for a large production unit.

Leads airline customer operational performance across North American stations. Analyzes service, quality, safety, demand, financial, and customer feedback data; develops recovery and continuous-improvement plans; governs KPI reporting and airline performance reviews; manages incidents, escalations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions; coordinates cross-functional operations, supply chain, finance, procurement, and commercial teams; and supports customer communications, contract discussions, and service delivery improvements.

Manages the local security and compliance program, including investigations, regulatory compliance audits, corrective actions, facility security reviews, incident response, access control, ID badging, driver compliance, training, and relationships with law enforcement, airports, regulatory agencies, and third-party security providers.

Responsibilities include documenting SOPs and material flows, enabling unit rollouts, training teams, managing receiving and inventory controls, supporting traceability and digital tool enhancements, tracking KPIs, conducting compliance checks, and improving inventory accuracy, waste reduction, routing, and operational performance.

Supervises food production operations for airline catering, ensuring quality, safety, sanitation, HACCP, FDA, customer-specification, and cost-control compliance. Manages staffing, scheduling, workflow, inventory, reporting, employee training, performance evaluations, labor relations, and corrective actions. Coordinates maintenance and ensures required certifications, policies, procedures, and training are completed while driving productivity, retention, and operational improvements.

Supervise kitchen and dishroom operations for airline catering, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time flight deliveries. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, labor/union compliance, inventory, maintenance coordination, and operational reporting while partnering with Ops and General Manager to meet production and financial targets.

Leads US and Canadian tax operations, including tax accounting, planning, compliance, audits, filings, and tax strategy. Supports global transactions, entity restructurings, acquisitions, and tax due diligence. Manages income, sales and use, property, payroll, and business license tax matters; oversees tax provisions and deferred tax analysis under IAS 12. Supervises and develops internal staff, coordinates external consultants, and ensures accurate reporting and timely compliance.

The HR Specialist supports HR initiatives through new-hire orientation, training, policy and benefits communication, program implementation, personnel-file maintenance, recruiting and exit interview tracking, attendance administration, and recurring reporting. The role requires employment-law knowledge, Title VII compliance and investigation expertise, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, database proficiency, and effective collaboration. This is a six-month temporary, non-exempt position with up to 15% travel and a flexible schedule.
