Acts as an HR business partner to unit General Managers, implementing HR strategies, supporting union and labor relations, resolving grievances, recruiting, managing employee relations, advising on employment law and compliance, and supporting training, retention, and workforce planning. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating meetings and governance activities, preparing agendas and briefing materials, arranging international travel, managing expenses, handling confidential information, and improving administrative processes. The role requires strong planning, communication, stakeholder management, discretion, adaptability, and fluency in English and German.

Manages North American enterprise security camera, access control, database, and identification systems, coordinating deployments, maintenance, user credentials, vendor relationships, and service agreements. Oversees Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing compliance, background-check support, reporting, training, and quarterly vendor reviews.
