Lead state-level product performance for multiple states, own P&L, develop pricing strategies, execute rate filings, manage underwriting and agency strategies, partner with actuarial/sales/marketing, mentor product staff, present to senior leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and automation to meet growth and profitability targets.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and financial reporting for GAINSCO. Ensure balance sheet integrity, audit readiness, intercompany and cash accounting, and regulatory/statutory filings. Drive process improvements, automation, ERP enhancements, and lead accounting staff while partnering with FP&A, IT, and auditors to support business decisions.
