Lead state-level product performance for multiple states, own P&L, develop pricing strategies, execute rate filings, manage underwriting and agency strategies, partner with actuarial/sales/marketing, mentor product staff, present to senior leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and automation to meet growth and profitability targets.

Manage GAINSCO’s enterprise data governance program, including governance councils, policies, business glossaries, data quality standards, stewardship, metadata, and master data management. Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to improve data privacy, access, retention, audit readiness, and responsible AI practices. Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution, develop documentation and training, and support data literacy across the organization.

Owns the roadmap for AI, automation, and process transformation initiatives. Identifies business opportunities, leads discovery workshops and pilots, translates needs into product requirements, and partners with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions. Measures adoption, operational impact, customer outcomes, and value realization while supporting governance, security, responsible AI, and organizational change. Requires product ownership experience, property and casualty insurance expertise, Agile/Scrum experience, analytics skills, and strong cross-functional leadership.
