As an Associate Support Consultant, you will provide technical support, resolve customer issues across various Microsoft technologies, and drive automation improvements.

The Senior Change Consultant will lead organizational change initiatives across various industries, focusing on stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption, while managing projects and contributing to business growth.

The M365 Consultant will design, deliver, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, conduct client workshops, produce documentation, and maintain relationships with clients.

Design, build and support cloud-native data solutions and data lake patterns. Collaborate with architects and customers to deliver data products, handle DataOps tasks (CI/CD, repo management, scheduling, monitoring), prototype and test solutions, and produce technical documentation and best-practice guidance.

Design, deploy and scale Microsoft Sentinel-based SOC solutions using IaC (Bicep/ARM/JSON) and PowerShell. Triage alerts, investigate incidents, manage SOC tickets, implement automation and DevOps pipelines, document runbooks, and collaborate with analysts and architects to improve managed SOC service delivery.

Lead and architect enterprise-scale cloud data solutions, mentor data engineers, design and build batch and streaming pipelines using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, implement Lakehouse/Medallion patterns, ensure data governance/security, and drive CI/CD and IaC practices across projects.

The Power Platform Functional Consultant designs and implements Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, governs environments, provides expert guidance on licensing, and ensures client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Solution Architect will lead the design of solution architectures, collaborate with clients, assess technology landscapes, and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies.

Advise customers on Microsoft Copilot strategy, readiness, governance and adoption across Microsoft 365. Plan pilots and rollouts, run workshops, and engineer agentic solutions using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder, collaborating with technical, change and training teams.

Lead and deliver cyber governance, risk and compliance engagements focused on ISO27001 certification and standards alignment. Conduct risk and third‑party assessments against recognised frameworks, design and advise on security policies and controls, track remediation, prepare for audits, and produce executive risk reports while mentoring teams and contributing to thought leadership.

The Senior Penetration Tester will lead penetration testing projects, provide security advice, analyze findings, and develop security tools while contributing to cybersecurity strategies.
