Partners with Platform, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to strengthen reliability and operational maturity in a regulated environment. Responsibilities include technical design, troubleshooting, team hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development while helping deliver secure, scalable, highly reliable products.

Leads Forge’s Site Reliability Engineering team and drives system availability, incident management, observability, disaster recovery, automation, and production support. Partners with Platform, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to improve reliability and operational maturity in a regulated environment. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with hiring, coaching, performance management, architecture contributions, troubleshooting, and development of secure, scalable infrastructure.

Own the roadmap, requirements, delivery, distribution, and performance of Forge’s financial data products, including pricing, indices, reference data, derived data, and APIs. Partner with engineering, data research, operations, clients, and commercial teams to deliver accurate, reliable, and valuable products. Monitor distribution SLAs, coordinate issue resolution, align stakeholders, and translate customer and business needs into shipped solutions.
