The Director of Platform & Reliability Engineering will lead teams focused on internal platforms, cloud operations, and reliability engineering, driving technical decisions, organizational design, and operational maturity.

The Director of Platform & Reliability Engineering will lead teams in platform engineering, cloud operations, and site reliability to build secure, scalable, and reliable products, requiring strategic vision and technical expertise.

Lead and grow the Client Experience engineering organization, partnering with product and business leaders to set technical direction, drive delivery of complex initiatives, enforce engineering best practices (testing, security, reliability), coach managers and ICs, improve processes, and contribute to technology strategy to scale teams and systems.

Produce proprietary research and market intelligence using Forge transaction and pricing data. Analyze large datasets to identify private market valuation and liquidity trends, build benchmarks and indices, create reports, visualizations, and client-facing commentary, and collaborate with product, marketing, and client teams to inform investment decisions and thought leadership.

Lead analytics strategy and decision support, perform deep-dive analyses, build predictive and ML models, design experiments, create trusted reporting and dashboards, ensure data quality, partner cross-functionally, and influence product, growth, revenue, operations, and finance through evidence-based recommendations.

Lead analytics strategy and decision support across Product, Growth, Revenue, Operations, and Finance. Perform deep-dive analyses, design experiments, build predictive models and ML/AI prototypes, create trusted reporting and dashboards, ensure data quality, automate workflows, and partner with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. Act as a primary analytics partner, prioritize work, communicate recommendations, and mentor analysts informally.

Support end-to-end fund administration lifecycle including valuations of secondary securities, liquidity distributions, tax reporting, data validation, client inquiries, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement/automation efforts.

Own and process trade transactions on Forge's platform, ensure timely settlement and regulatory compliance (SEC/FINRA), identify and mitigate operational risk, support system/process improvements, collaborate with brokers, issuers, clients, and internal teams, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Own and support the fund lifecycle on Forge's platform: analyze and value secondary securities, execute liquidity distributions, support tax reporting, validate financial data, respond to client inquiries, maintain documentation, improve workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate fund administration operations.

Support and oversee trade lifecycle on Forge's platform by processing and monitoring transactions, ensuring settlement accuracy and regulatory compliance (SEC/FINRA), resolving trade issues with brokers and clients, improving systems and processes, and maintaining comprehensive trade documentation.

The Senior Software Engineer II will deliver high-quality trading software, enhance trading products, collaborate with various teams, and improve system performance and architecture.
