Perform advanced analyses to support pricing, product selection, portfolio, and international expansion decisions. Lead product discovery and strategy for B2B marketplace initiatives: define problems, hypotheses, OKRs, success metrics, and roadmaps; run research and analysis; prioritize opportunities; collaborate with business, UX, research, analytics, and tech stakeholders; present recommendations and maintain alignment between business goals, user value, feasibility, and measurable outcomes. Hybrid onsite collaboration in Warsaw, initial ~3 month engagement.

Lead UX design for complex digital products: map flows, define IA, design wireframes and interfaces, ensure accessibility and security, run research and analytics-driven optimisation, work with design systems and cross-functional international teams, and integrate AI into design workflows.

Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research across digital products. Plan studies, conduct user testing, interviews, tree tests and card sorts, synthesize insights, create personas and journey maps, run workshops, and communicate findings to influence product and design decisions.

Participate in end-to-end UX/UI projects: design concepts, wireframes, user flows, prototypes and interfaces in Figma. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, use AI tools to support workflow, and grow under mentorship.

Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects for MENA clients: oversee orders, budgets, resourcing, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication. Drive profitability, identify upsell opportunities, and use agile tools (Jira) while contributing to AI-first PM processes.

Design end-to-end UX and UI solutions for web and mobile: user flows, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes and design systems. Conduct research and analytics-driven optimisation (Google Analytics, Hotjar), ensure accessibility and consistency, collaborate with product managers, developers and multidisciplinary international teams, and manage client relationships and handoffs.

Paid 3-month UX/UI internship working on real commercial projects: create UI concepts, wireframes and prototypes; support design from discovery to delivery; collaborate with cross-functional teams; receive mentorship and feedback to build portfolio and practical skills.

Lead end-to-end strategic design engagements: frame challenges, run research and strategy, design and validate UX/UI, align C-level and stakeholder groups, coordinate across design, research and development, and ensure launch readiness while protecting the design vision.

Generate interactive, clickable prototypes quickly using AI design tools; iterate asynchronously and in workshops; collaborate with strategists and UI designers to hand off 70–80% complete prototypes with real interactions, copy, and edge cases; evangelize AI-first design workflows.
