Lead product discovery and strategy for B2B marketplace initiatives: define problems, hypotheses, OKRs, success metrics, and roadmaps; run research and analysis; prioritize opportunities; collaborate with business, UX, research, analytics, and tech stakeholders; present recommendations and maintain alignment between business goals, user value, feasibility, and measurable outcomes. Hybrid onsite collaboration in Warsaw, initial ~3 month engagement.

Lead UX design for complex digital products: map flows, define IA, design wireframes and interfaces, ensure accessibility and security, run research and analytics-driven optimisation, work with design systems and cross-functional international teams, and integrate AI into design workflows.
