Lead analytics strategy and implementation: design measurement and tracking plans, configure and audit GA4/GTM/BigQuery, write SQL, build dashboards, analyse user journeys and campaign performance, surface insights and recommendations, support consent/privacy, and run client workshops.

Define visual direction and design systems for digital products, lead UI projects from concept to delivery, develop brand identity, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, create marketing materials, and mentor junior designers.

Own the development and launch of a new mobile application, translating business and user needs into product requirements, priorities, user journeys, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate stakeholders, designers, developers, analytics specialists, and the business owner. Use product data and user feedback to guide decisions, manage dependencies and risks, support launch, and gradually assume long-term product ownership within the client organization.
