Lead analytics strategy and implementation: design measurement and tracking plans, configure and audit GA4/GTM/BigQuery, write SQL, build dashboards, analyse user journeys and campaign performance, surface insights and recommendations, support consent/privacy, and run client workshops.

Define visual direction and design systems for digital products, lead UI projects from concept to delivery, develop brand identity, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, create marketing materials, and mentor junior designers.

Perform advanced analyses to support pricing, product selection, portfolio, and international expansion decisions. Combine and clean large datasets, identify business problems, design analytical approaches, produce actionable recommendations, report KPIs, and communicate results to business and technical stakeholders in a hybrid Warsaw-based engagement.
