Build and maintain React Native mobile applications for client projects. Responsibilities include developing with TypeScript and JavaScript, integrating REST APIs, managing application state and navigation, creating forms and animations, deploying to app stores, writing automated tests, implementing accessibility standards, using design systems, and extending React Native with native modules. The role is part of a freelance talent network and requires strong English and Polish communication skills.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research across the digital product lifecycle, including user testing, interviews, focus groups, tree testing, and card sorting. Analyze and synthesize findings into reports, personas, journey maps, and blueprints. Facilitate workshops, communicate insights, and influence product and design decisions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and clients.

Design and refine scalable user interfaces for digital products, collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams to translate business and user requirements into engaging designs. Create reusable UI components aligned with design systems, present concepts, manage multiple projects, and support end-to-end delivery. Senior contributors additionally lead projects, review deliverables, enhance design systems, and document reusable patterns. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and design-development collaboration is expected.
