Scope of services:
Designing and refining scalable UI solutions for digital products
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements, and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs
Ensuring all designs align with design systems and industry best practices
Creating consistent and adaptable UI components that support product scalability
Managing multiple projects while maintaining design quality and efficiency
Presenting design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams
Working in an end-to-end digital process
Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (Researchers, Consultants, UX Designers, UX Writers, Data Analysts, Developers)
Additional scope at the Senior level:
Leading UI projects and contributing to design standards
Supporting the development and enhancement of design systems
Reviewing UI deliverables from other contributors
Documenting reusable UI patterns and handover standards
What skills and experience do we expect?
Strong understanding of layout, grids, typography, color theory, and UI patterns
2+ years of experience in UI design (mid-level); 5+ years for senior roles
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
Experience working within or maintaining a design system
A portfolio showcasing UI design expertise in commercial digital products
For Senior level, the portfolio should include at least 3 documented projects where you were the lead designer, managed a team, or had a significant impact on the final outcome
Awareness of UX principles and their impact on UI design
Genuine interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency, with a proactive approach to integrating AI into daily design processes
Strong communication and presentation skills (English: B2/C1+ level)
A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with design-development collaboration (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
Skills Required
- At least 2 years of UI design experience for mid-level roles
- At least 5 years of UI design experience for senior roles
- Strong understanding of layout, grids, typography, color theory, and UI patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Experience working within or maintaining a design system
- Portfolio showcasing UI design expertise in commercial digital products
- Senior portfolio with at least three documented lead or high-impact projects
- Awareness of UX principles and their impact on UI design
- Genuine interest in using AI tools to improve design productivity and workflows
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- English proficiency at B2/C1+ level
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
