The Sr. Application Engineer will leverage expertise in Digital Mission Engineering using Ansys software to solve engineering challenges, provide training, and support customers in the Middle East region.

Lead technical engagement and facilitate customer success throughout the sales process for Ansys MBD solutions. Develop proof of concepts and support workshops, training, and marketing initiatives.

Provide pre-sales and technical support for ANSYS Zemax OpticStudio users: scope solutions, deliver demos and training, document support, collaborate with account managers, and maintain optics technical proficiency to drive software revenue and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Engineer will drive Ansys software adoption in Egypt by executing sales strategies, engaging with universities and startups, managing sales cycles, and collaborating with technical teams.

Manage daily office operations for the Egypt office including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, onboarding/offboarding, travel and meeting arrangements, documentation, expense monitoring, and support for HR and Finance. Prepare administrative reports, maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with regional/global teams to keep the office functional and organized.

Manage Egypt HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, compliance with Egyptian labour law and NOSI, payroll coordination, HR reporting/analytics, and support managers on talent and organizational initiatives.
