Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief People Officer; maintain employee records, manage leave requests, assist payroll and benefits administration, prepare company communications, support staff welfare, handle day-to-day employee queries and conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with HR and labor policies.

Oversee daily execution of truck dispatch plans, directly supervise drivers, manage fleet condition and maintenance, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and report operational performance and issues to dispatch and senior management.

Manage freight procurement and support internal sales by sourcing logistics solutions, negotiating vendor rates and contracts, preparing quotations, maintaining market intelligence and vendor relationships, analyzing vendor performance and costs, and supporting the Vietnam organization’s logistics operations.

Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and VAT reporting. Maintain AR schedules, support month-/year-end close, resolve billing discrepancies, assist audits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Support the Chief Legal Officer with contract drafting/review, due diligence, corporate recordkeeping and contract database maintenance. Manage cargo, freight and logistics claims end-to-end, liaise with insurers/brokers/surveyors, support recoveries/subrogation, and assist with KYC/AML, compliance, corporate secretarial tasks and ad-hoc legal duties.

Maintain general ledger, reconcile bank, AP and AR, manage vendor payments, record invoices, reconcile VAT, support tax filing, month-end/year-end closings, and assist internal audits.

Lead and oversee the project portfolio in Vietnam, defining strategy and governance, ensuring on-time delivery, managing budgets, stakeholders, project managers, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Provide first-level application support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems (CargoWise, NetSuite, WMS), manage incidents to SLA, assist users, apply patches and configuration changes, monitor integrations and performance, coordinate with vendors, ensure data integrity, document processes, and participate in testing and deployments.

Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies; source, screen, and interview candidates; manage end-to-end hiring using ATS; build external talent relationships; report recruitment metrics and ensure legal compliance.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, AP/AR, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, EPF), month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Support audits, file statutory returns, coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, and provide financial analysis using ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI.

Lead finance & accounting across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Serve as strategic partner to cluster leadership, drive financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash and working capital management, controls and compliance. Oversee AR/AP, audits, tax and regulatory filings. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, and drive finance transformation, ERP and process improvements to support growth.

Support chartering manager by analyzing freight markets, securing cargo, negotiating charter party agreements, managing contractual compliance, coordinating stakeholders, preparing reports, and improving chartering processes to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Drive revenue by identifying new business, expanding accounts, and managing end-to-end sales. Build client relationships, analyze market needs, develop proposals, negotiate deals, forecast pipeline, collaborate with operations, and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance while improving logistics knowledge.

Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations in Vietnam, defining strategy, managing vendors, controlling costs and compliance, driving continuous improvement, overseeing budgets and reporting, and developing the logistics team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
