Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief People Officer; maintain employee records, manage leave requests, assist payroll and benefits administration, prepare company communications, support staff welfare, handle day-to-day employee queries and conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with HR and labor policies.

Oversee daily execution of truck dispatch plans, directly supervise drivers, manage fleet condition and maintenance, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and report operational performance and issues to dispatch and senior management.

Manage freight procurement and support internal sales by sourcing logistics solutions, negotiating vendor rates and contracts, preparing quotations, maintaining market intelligence and vendor relationships, analyzing vendor performance and costs, and supporting the Vietnam organization’s logistics operations.
