Leads the engineering function for complex project logistics and heavy-lift transportation across APAC. Develops safe, practical transport, lifting, rigging, securing, route, and site-handling solutions; supports sales, tenders, customer engagements, pricing, and project handover. Reviews technical documentation, manages risks and compliance, coordinates external specialists, establishes engineering standards, and builds a high-performing engineering team.

Designs and implements warehouse logistics solutions, including layouts, process flows, equipment specifications, automation integration, cost models, and bid support. Analyzes operational data using Excel, Power BI, and simulation tools. Leads Lean and Six Sigma continuous-improvement initiatives across warehouse operations, improves workflows and SOPs, supports implementation and go-live, coaches teams, and tracks project savings and benefits.

Manages the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, billing, collections, payment processing, ledger reconciliation, customer account inquiries, and overdue balances. Prepares AR reports, statements, VAT documentation, and supports month-end, year-end, and audit activities. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements while resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
