Manage month-end/year-end close, GL accounting, AP/AR, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting for USA operations. Lead process improvements, strengthen controls, mentor junior staff, and deliver accurate, timely financial insights to support business decisions.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, AP/AR, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, EPF), month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Support audits, file statutory returns, coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, and provide financial analysis using ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief People Officer; maintain employee records, manage leave requests, assist payroll and benefits administration, prepare company communications, support staff welfare, handle day-to-day employee queries and conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with HR and labor policies.
