Flint seeks a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager/Director specializing in EU technology, digital, and/or competition policy. The role provides strategic advice on complex regulatory matters, leads client projects, engages expert and non-expert stakeholders, and supports European and international clients. Candidates need strong EU policy expertise, analytical and communication skills, project management experience, collaboration skills, and fluent English. Knowledge of other EU languages and experience in EU institutions are advantageous.

Lead client project delivery, account management, policy and political analysis, team leadership, and business development. Provide strategic advice on Dutch policy, regulatory, political, competition, and commercial developments, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting growth through proposals and thought leadership.

Lead Dutch public policy and government affairs consulting for cross-sector clients. Advise businesses on policy, regulation, politics, competition, and government relations; manage client engagements, teams, and stakeholders; conduct research and analysis; draft clear written materials; communicate complex issues to varied audiences; and coach junior staff. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, experience with Dutch or EU institutions, and expertise in financial services policy.
