Lead Dutch public policy and government affairs consulting for cross-sector clients. Advise businesses on policy, regulation, politics, competition, and government relations; manage client engagements, teams, and stakeholders; conduct research and analysis; draft clear written materials; communicate complex issues to varied audiences; and coach junior staff. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, experience with Dutch or EU institutions, and expertise in financial services policy.

Support the Policy & Political Affairs practice through client engagement analysis, briefing, policy development, and project management. Conduct research on EU politics, regulation, and governance; prepare clear written materials; and contribute to evidence-based advice for business clients. Collaborate across teams, manage complex tasks under tight deadlines, and receive coaching and mentoring from senior colleagues.

Leads and grows Flint’s Asia-Pacific Financial Services practice, originating major client relationships and advising financial institutions and investors on political, policy, regulatory, geopolitical, and commercial issues. The Partner provides strategic counsel to boards, executives, policymakers, and regulators; leads pitches and account profitability; builds the firm’s external profile; develops thought leadership and networks; shapes regional strategy; and mentors and grows the Financial Services team.
