Advise financial institutions across Europe on political, public policy, regulatory, and commercial strategy issues. Conduct research and analysis, interpret complex EU financial services regulation, prepare clear written materials and briefings, support client relationships and proposals, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders. Candidates may work across European offices and travel occasionally. The role also offers opportunities for team and departmental management as the firm expands.

Lead consulting projects for private equity firms, asset managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions. Analyze how political, regulatory, policy, and macroeconomic developments affect investment strategies, transactions, valuations, market entry, and asset performance. Provide commercially focused advice, support due diligence and business development, manage client relationships, and lead and develop junior team members.

Supports senior colleagues on financial services policy and regulatory consulting engagements across Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include client analysis, research, briefing, policy development, project management, and drafting business documents. The intern receives coaching and works directly with senior staff and clients on issues including capital markets, digital assets, payments, ESG, financial stability, cyber, AI, and competition policy.
