Our membership is open to local businesses and anyone who resides, works, attends school, or worships in L.A. County. Daniel Arita was named senior vice president of strategy in 2025 and has been with First Entertainment Credit Union since 2019, previously serving as vice president of digital and payments experience in 2022. Daniel has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years and is responsible for the online, mobile, digital and payments experiences, as well as ensuring these solutions help members improve their financial well-being.

Addie Allison is the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at First Entertainment Credit Union. She leads strategic direction and operational management across key departments, including member experience, retail, lending, card services, fraud operations, enterprise risk management, and compliance. Her leadership drives innovation, fosters organizational alignment, and elevates the member experience.

As CFO, Mag partners with senior leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals, guiding budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, and capital planning. Mag evaluates new initiatives and strategic partnerships, manages financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and reporting, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Mag also works with legal, tax, and regulatory partners to navigate complex environments, and implement financial controls programs aligned with the credit union’s strategy.

With over 30 years of experience, Janet is a seasoned leader in building high-performance, collaborative, and workplace-of-choice cultures. Before joining First Entertainment, she was the AVP of People & Culture at Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union, where she directed HR programs for the credit union’s four L.A. locations, serving over 40,000 members.
