Manage the design workflow for all Dressing and Signage deliverables for FIFA Women's World Cup 2027, overseeing in-house, freelance, and supplier artworking teams; develop sign-off procedures, templates and CMS-integrated processes; ensure brand-aligned artworks, coordinate stakeholder input, create mock-ups/visualisations, and potentially relocate to manage on-site dressing and signage during the tournament.

Support the Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer and Paris team with administrative and operational tasks including research, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, project tracking, logistics for Member Association delegations, organizing workshops and seminars, and assisting implementation of football development projects in Africa.

Designs and oversees tournament-wide safety and security training, certification and readiness programs. Conducts capability analyses, develops curricula and digital/analogue learning, coordinates exercises and audits, tracks workforce competence, ensures supplier compliance, and supports multi-agency rehearsal and operational preparedness for FIFA Women's World Cup 2027.

Lead development and execution of social media strategy and campaigns for FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 in Brazil. Create and publish content, manage paid social, monitor trends and analytics, report performance, coordinate cross-platform campaigns, manage influencers and partners, and liaise between local and global teams to optimise engagement and ROI.

Manage planning, implementation, readiness and operations of venue technology services for FWWC 2027 at assigned venues. Lead venue technology teams, coordinate stakeholders, manage equipment allocation and asset tracking, oversee IT technicians during operations, report risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with FIFA technology requirements and IT service management protocols.

Lead venue-specific planning, implementation, readiness and operations of all event technology services for assigned venues. Manage venue technology teams, coordinate stakeholders and stadium partners, track assets and dependencies, oversee commissioning/decommissioning, enforce ITSM protocols, produce progress/risk reports, and support tournament-time IT operations and incident escalation.

Support implementation of customer care processes for Group Sales ticketing at FIFA Women's World Cup 2027. Manage enquiries, monitor inventory and orders, carry out quality assurance, liaise with stakeholders, report on KPIs, maintain multilingual communications and knowledge bases, ensure compliance with FIFA policies and GDPR, and support onsite and back-office ticketing operations.

Coordinate creation, translation, review and maintenance of ticket sales collateral and customer communications across channels (web, apps, FAQs, chatbot, emails). Manage content workflows, glossary and translations, support CRM/marketing automation campaigns and reporting, liaise with stakeholders and Customer Care, perform UAT for ticketing portals, and ensure timely, accurate and compliant communications throughout the ticketing journey.

Lead planning and delivery of world‑class fan services at FIFA Women's World Cup 2027. Coordinate spectator services, crowd management, last‑mile access, FF&E logistics, staffing (staff/volunteers), stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, reporting, and post‑event debriefs. Relocate to a stadium during event delivery phase.

Support the UNIFFAC regional office with project coordination, logistics for missions and events, administrative follow-up, meeting minutes/reports, stakeholder liaison, and monitoring project progress.
