Develop and support MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce platform features for US Treasury Retail Securities. Design, build, test, debug, and maintain APIs and integrations, lead technical projects, mentor staff, ensure change management, security compliance, and system performance for critical financial systems. Lead Talent Management and Organizational Development functions: manage team, design and deliver leadership and development programs, drive talent strategy, succession and workforce planning, manage vendors and metrics, partner with business leaders, oversee performance management and budgeting, and represent the Bank on System talent projects.

Serve as technical advisor and provide training to improve QA capabilities.

Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server infrastructure and HPC clusters across cloud, colocation, and on‑premises environments. Deploy and administer HPC systems, job scheduling (Slurm), parallel storage, and GPU/accelerator resources. Develop automation and containerized workflows (Docker, Terraform, Python/Bash), provide advanced user support, collaborate with researchers and IT teams, and document and train users on HPC resources.
