Here at The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Organizational Change Strategist. This person will be a key player on our Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) team, utilizing their expertise to lead our change strategy, implementing complex programs, managing change and measuring its result. In this role you will use best practices in organizational and behavioral change management to support the bank's strategic direction, adoption of cultural and behavioral aspirations, and enable our employees to achieve their best.
Our ideal candidate has a background in business communications and/or organizational development and effectiveness along with experience managing large-scale initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with other program and content owners and senior leaders to ensure effective approaches, delivery and outcomes, identifying areas of needs and refinement. Primary accountabilities:
- Develop standards, tools, and resources for change management to scale across the organization
- Build change capabilities and resiliency across the organization through strategic programs and processes
- Develop a strategies aligning change objectives and business outcomes to produce key outcomes
- Design a measurement framework and assess organizational effectiveness and performance across change initiatives and programs
- Lead strategic change initiatives from end-to-end complete with actionable and targeted change management plans, ensuring programs meet expectations, change impacts are mitigated, adoption is met, and key stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Bank’s Executive Leadership Team on change leadership and effective sponsorship.
- Proactively identify change impacts and risks to employee adoption across portfolio of people readiness programs
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Organizational Development/ Effectiveness or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Master’s or MBA preferred. .
- Proven experience in designing overall change management processes for the organization and leading implementation and measurement of the organization’s change initiatives.
- Typically requires twelve or more years of progressive experience leading complex organizational-wide change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Success developing and leading organizational development and effectiveness processes and strategies.
- Contribute to strategies for enterprise-wide culture and learning programs, including employee feedback and listening programs, recognition strategies, and employee enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on developing change leadership and resiliency skills throughout the Bank.
Base Salary Range: Min: $138,400 Mid: $179,700 - Max: $221,200 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
