The Summer Finance Intern will support the Capital Markets department by conducting research, analyzing financial instruments, and assisting with presentations. Responsibilities include identifying portfolio volatility, documenting risk exposures, and summarizing financial topics.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports batch and streaming data pipelines using Azure and Databricks. Builds ETL/ELT processes, optimizes data workflows, supports cloud modernization, and performs monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Collaborates with business and technical teams on requirements, data governance, lineage, and audits. Mentors junior engineers and communicates solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support business and IT in an Agile environment by defining and prioritizing requirements, configuring packaged software, preparing and executing test plans, tracking and resolving defects, training end users, and contributing to process improvements. Level II focuses on requirements management and vendor collaboration; Level III provides technical leadership, mentoring, and BA/QA best practices.

Analyze and monitor creditworthiness of unsecured and secured counterparties and vendors, maintain credit ratings and exposure limits in FLAMES, perform financial analysis, support credit line recommendations, oversee vendor financial reviews, calculate exposure impacts of strategies, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Provide senior-level IT governance, risk, and compliance support: develop and maintain IT general and application controls aligned with COBIT; design and implement IT risk frameworks and monitoring; assess vendor control environments and assign risk ratings; collaborate with auditors and examiners; identify control issues and recommend and assist with remediation; support network, application, database, and user access security.
