Drive B2B acquisition of developer partners for FF's robotics platform: prospect and close enterprise and research partners, design incentive programs, lead contract negotiations, onboard partners, manage relationships, report pipeline KPIs, and provide market feedback to product teams.

Own and optimize the full post-purchase Robotics user lifecycle: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, repurchase, and advocacy. Lead CRM channels (email, SMS, push, in-app), user data/segmentation, NPS/CSAT, service coordination, AI-driven personalization and automation, and build a cross-functional User Operation team to grow retention and LTV.

The Data-Driven Growth Specialist will focus on optimizing paid digital marketing and lead generation using automation and AI, handling full-funnel growth strategies across various platforms.

Own and optimize the developer portal and youth program, provide hands-on technical support for SDK/API integration, manage developer lab operations and hardware leasing, coordinate cross-functional launches, and produce operational KPIs and reports to support platform growth and developer ecosystem.
