Lead design, development, delivery, and maintenance of high-performance web applications for Provider Directory and Scheduling. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, resolve performance and concurrency issues, build integrations with EHRs, and improve reservation/resource-sharing systems to ensure secure, well-tested, and documented solutions.

Lead and mentor the Virtual Care backend engineering team, drive roadmap delivery on a two-week Scrum cadence, stay hands-on in code and architecture, own platform operational health (reliability, on-call, incidents), and ensure security and compliance for PHI-handling clinical software while reporting progress and risks to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Serve as the CEO's operational right hand: own executive operating cadence, drive governance and accountability, run end-to-end special projects (M&A, org design), synthesize briefings, build planning/reporting infrastructure (OKRs, dashboards), and use AI tools to accelerate execution and follow-through across functions.

Own AI product strategy and roadmap across clinician- and member-facing surfaces. Partner with engineering, applied ML, design, and clinical teams to ship, scale, and measure LLM/ML-powered features; set safety and quality guardrails, run evals, make model build-vs-buy decisions, and translate ML capability into clinical workflow outcomes.

Provide regulatory, compliance, privacy, and commercial legal support for physician organizations, MSOs, telehealth, and healthcare technology products. Advise on federal and state healthcare laws, develop compliance programs, support audits and investigations, negotiate commercial and privacy agreements, and partner cross-functionally with product, security, clinical, and operations teams to enable compliant scaling across states.

Design the D2C member experience end-to-end: marketing site, signup/onboarding, member portal and in-product flows. Partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical SMEs, run user research and design reviews, build scalable components and patterns, and collaborate with brand and marketing.

Lead enterprise sales to health systems across Texas and north, build pipeline, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, negotiate contracts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, provide market feedback, and grow revenue within the Provider and Health System vertical.

Lead growth within the Payer vertical on the West Coast by building executive relationships at health plans, managing full enterprise sales cycles and pipelines, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating large deals, and partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue and inform product strategy.

Lead technical vision and architecture for a scalable virtual care platform. Architect and develop Ruby on Rails backend, build React front end, guide technical decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, drive adoption of new technologies, and contribute to long-term product roadmap while mentoring engineers.

Serve as the clinical quality owner for Medical Intelligence: build and review clinical logic, define evidence standards, validate AI/LLM-driven protocols, run safety reviews, support data analyses and platform work, and represent Fabric with clients to ensure safe, evidence-based product delivery.

Define architecture and technical roadmap for production AI/ML systems, productionize NLP and voice features in Python, mentor engineers, partner with product/medical teams to implement responsible safeguards, build evaluation and monitoring frameworks, own AWS Bedrock strategy, and drive long-term AI strategy and improvements across Fabric's products.

Lead and expand employer channel partnerships with benefits consultants, brokers, and alliances to drive distribution of Fabric's virtual care and clinical automation platform. Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, manage partner relationships, generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Client Success, deliver presentations and business cases, represent Fabric at industry events, and provide market intelligence to Product and Strategy teams.

Provide Tier 1 technical and administrative support to patients, providers, and pharmacies via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot platform issues, assist with onboarding, handle payments and records, document interactions in Zendesk, and escalate to Tier 2 or clinical teams as needed while maintaining HIPAA compliance and excellent customer service.

Own and evolve Fabric's AWS/EKS infrastructure, build Terraform-managed infrastructure, improve observability with Datadog, lead incident response and SLOs, automate operations with AI/agentic workflows, optimize AWS resources, and ensure HIPAA-compliant, high-availability platform architecture while mentoring engineers.
