Leads Fabric Health’s global People & Talent organization across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and compliance. Advises the CEO and board on workforce strategy, builds employee relations workflows, oversees compensation and benefits, leads remote culture and engagement, manages multi-country employment compliance, applies AI to people workflows, and directs post-acquisition integration across distributed hourly and corporate workforces.

Build and maintain healthcare platform features across a Python/Django monolith and supporting services. Develop TypeScript microservices, improve administrative tools, diagnose production issues, participate in support rotation, maintain tests and documentation, review code, address technical debt, and make careful data corrections in HIPAA-regulated systems. Collaborate with senior engineers while learning additional technologies and using AI-assisted development tools.

Owns Fabric Health’s marketing data and instrumentation infrastructure across Segment, React/Next.js, Django, HubSpot, and vendor integrations. Responsibilities include event governance, monitoring, consent propagation, PHI/PII protection, audit logging, compliance controls, growth experimentation, marketing-site development, and campaign instrumentation. The role partners with Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Security while using AI coding tools to build and test reliable integrations.
