Leads the global Office 365 application area and deployment program, managing project schedules, resources, budgets, updates, service ownership, adoption, governance, compliance, and support. Analyze requirements, design solutions, write and test code, document implementations, resolve production issues, and support development, QA, and user acceptance testing. The role also provides technical leadership, training, peer code reviews, platform administration, code-quality oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders using Agile and project-management methodologies.

Provides document production and technical support for a law firm, including creating, revising, formatting, proofreading, scanning, transcribing, filing, mailing, and tracking documents. Performs data entry, document conversions, e-discovery printing, and directory maintenance. Supports attorneys and staff with document-formatting questions, assists with training, coordinates courier and transmission services, and provides backup and emergency support while maintaining high customer service and quality standards.

Provides Level I and II technical support for SaaS applications, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and NAV. Resolves customer and employee incidents, onboards employees, configures Windows devices for Office 365, and documents network procedures. Participates in 24/7 emergency on-call coverage, including nights and weekends during maintenance and outages. Requires at least three years of IT support experience, Windows configuration knowledge, and strong communication skills.

The role requires expertise with DB2, JDE World tables, RPG 400, RPG ILE, CL programming, and JDE World Technical Foundation tools including DREAM Writer, World Writer, system codes, data dictionary, and SVR. This is a six-month contract based in Houston with phone and in-person interviews.
