This role involves proactively engaging C-suite decision-makers in the U.S. through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to build a sales pipeline.

Own company-wide security and IT across seven countries, including SOC 2 Type II, penetration testing, incident response, identity and access management, AI governance, policies, phishing programs, service desk operations, asset lifecycle, subscription costs, continuity planning, and client security audits. Lead a distributed team, maintain 24/7 support coverage, automate HR and IT processes, drive cost savings, and report service, risk, compliance, and spend metrics to the COO.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will target key enterprise accounts, utilize AI tools for insights, and build a predictable sales pipeline.

Drive top-of-funnel growth via high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), qualify leads using BANT, book discovery calls/demos, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and target accounts.

Serve as legal domain expert bridging clients and internal engineering to define negotiation playbooks, translate legal rules into prompts/specs, validate AI outputs, lead UAT, and guide integration of GenAI and CLM contract tools for complex commercial negotiation workflows.

Administers incentive compensation programs, including commission audits, payout calculations, plan distributions, draws, prorations, SPIFFs, and final settlements. Maintains Xactly and Salesforce data, supports system enhancements, adjusts commissionable metrics, resolves sales representative inquiries, delivers payouts to Payroll, and improves statements and workflows.

As a Sales Development Representative, manage high-volume inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into meetings for the sales team.

Own NetSuite scripting and integrations: monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate production SuiteScripts and integrations; design and build SuiteScript 2.x customizations and Workato/Boomi/Celigo integrations; enforce coding, testing, and deployment standards; partner with functional admins and stakeholders on technical designs and roadmap.

Own day-to-day HR operations for the Cape Town office, ensuring South African employment law compliance. Manage contracts, policies, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, CCMA preparation, local office facilities, IT logistics, payroll collaboration, and data protection under POPIA while supporting culture and local scaling activities.

Lead and manage end-to-end contract data migration projects: discover and locate contract files and metadata, extract and structure mandatory data, perform uploads, run quality checks and UAT with clients, and track and resolve migration issues.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage key enterprise accounts, manage outreach campaigns, and create AI-driven sales strategies to build a robust pipeline for revenue opportunities.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for US and UK employees including semi-monthly US payroll (Justworks) and monthly UK payroll (BrightPay), onboarding/offboarding, HR system administration (Slack, Google Workspace), benefits and employee helpdesk support, and process documentation. Provide occasional operational support to the Philippines HR Manager and partner with the CHRO on workflow improvements.

Coordinate Sales, Finance, and Legal approvals; resolve Salesforce queues and case-management issues; create private offers in AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces; audit SaaS contract documentation; and monitor the sales pipeline to remove bottlenecks and accelerate deal completion.

Act as a bilingual legal-technology expert architecting AI-powered contract solutions and drafting CLM redlining rules (80%). Serve as legal tech SME in client meetings, test and improve AI legal tools, train global teams, and handle in-house client/supplier contracts, compliance, and corporate governance (20%).

Lead and execute full-funnel B2B marketing for an AI-embedded services firm: strategy, ABM, organic demand, brand, content, HubSpot campaigns, and team development. Drive measurable account-level engagement, pipeline growth, and durable processes.

Manage end-to-end contract data migrations: discover and locate contracts, extract key metadata, structure parent-child relationships, upload data, run pre/post quality checks, and perform UAT with clients to resolve migration issues.

Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders: manage calendars, complex global travel, high-profile communications, confidential personal and financial tasks, anticipate needs, make independent decisions, and liaise with global executives to protect and optimize executive time.

Lead and own Execo's marketing: strategy, brand, ABM, organic demand generation, HubSpot campaign execution, and thought leadership. Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, partner with sales and delivery, use AI tooling in workflows, deliver pipeline and reporting, and build durable systems and documented plays to scale marketing performance.
