Summary of Role
We are seeking a high-energy Outbound Sales Representative with a "hunter" mentality to drive top-of-funnel growth for one of our clients. This is a proactive, outbound-focused role where you will engage with decision-makers across the U.S. market through cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

Core Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, send email sequences, and utilize social media platforms (like LinkedIn) to engage target accounts.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects using predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, and timeline) to determine their commercial fit.
  • Pipeline Generation: Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for the closing sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead statuses in a Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proven cold-calling and high-volume outreach experience
  • Experience prospecting into U.S. B2B and B2C markets
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with prospecting databases and tools (ZoomInfo, Salesloft) and dialers
