The Embedded Software Engineer designs, implements, and maintains embedded software, collaborating across functions to update and integrate hardware-software systems.

Provide technical support for Evertz broadcast and media supply chain products, troubleshooting firmware, networking, and system issues across on-prem and cloud deployments. Communicate status to customers and internal teams, assist in design/feature requests, author customer guides, and support system maintenance and upgrades to maintain uptime and performance.

Enter and manage customer and internal sales orders, coordinate delivery details and shipping schedules with Production and R&D, communicate order status and revisions to sales, project managers, and customers, and provide timely delivery updates to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
