The evTOC Applications Engineer provides technical customer support, performs software and hardware validation, collaborates with teams to improve products, and maintains testing equipment.

Manage customer hardware return requests, issue Return Merchandise Authorizations, coordinate warranty replacements and repair shipments, prepare replacement quotes, communicate status and payment information, and maintain accurate records. The role collaborates with Production, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Technical Support while providing responsive customer support and completing general administrative tasks.

Processes internal sales orders, organizes delivery and shipping details, monitors production ship dates, and communicates order status, revisions, and transit changes to customers, sales representatives, project managers, and internal teams. The role requires strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
