Provide system operations, functional/scalability/security testing, Tier-2 product support, root-cause analysis, Jira ticket management, remote customer system support, scripting/automation maintenance, and create technical documentation for upgrades, fixes, and deployments.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux and RTOS-based firmware for video routing and IP switching products. Collaborate on hardware/software interfaces, perform board-level integration and troubleshooting, and implement timing-critical real-time components.

Maintain and organize development lab hardware and cabling, install and decommission network/AV devices, handle optical transceivers, keep accurate inventory, write Python/Bash utilities, and support Jenkins CI infrastructure to enable engineering testing and development.
