Design and develop automated test setups for broadcast and telecommunications equipment. Program test automation using LabVIEW and Python, install and operate electronic testing systems, analyze results, troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, repair returned devices, and train team members. The role also involves testing routers, fiber transmission systems, multi-viewers, and SDVN technologies in an in-office manufacturing environment.

Develop and advance state-of-the-art software for an evolving broadcast technology product. Responsibilities include selecting technologies, translating ambiguous requirements into technical plans, researching emerging domains, prototyping solutions, implementing new systems, and contributing to architecture decisions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with teams and vendors, independent problem-solving, and continuous learning across diverse programming languages and technologies.

Build and operate production AI systems, including LLM agents, multimodal applications, RAG pipelines, classical ML models, and AI services. Own solutions from requirements and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and support. Develop Python services on Azure using PostgreSQL, Terraform, containers, CI/CD, and observability tools. Integrate AI with engineering, manufacturing, testing, and business systems while improving technical architecture, mentoring engineers, and guiding responsible AI adoption.
