Provide technical support for broadcast technology, solving problems, documenting procedures, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Coordinate planning and execution of tradeshows and events: booth logistics, vendor services, registrations, budgets, contracts, payments, cross-team communication, lead tracking, performance reporting, and database maintenance. Support show selection, follow-up, and ensure deadlines are met. On-site travel opportunities possible.

The role involves interfacing with customers to design solutions, validating products, and competitive benchmarking for broadcast technology applications.
