Documents inventory transactions, performs and coordinates inventory audits, manages stock at company or client sites, prepares usage reports, and maintains inventory procedures. Works under close supervision with limited judgment while developing skills and completing routine tasks.

Processes sales orders, quotes, returns, repairs, exchanges, and delivery schedules. Communicates with customers and sales or service representatives through multiple channels, maintains return and service records, updates databases, tracks inventory and equipment status, resolves return credit issues, files service documentation, and may schedule field service calls.

Coordinates technical support and issue resolution between ESAB and its Authorized Repair Centre network. Responsibilities include warranty handling, fault diagnosis, training, quality audits, compliance, KPI reporting, escalation, customer-site support, sales assistance, and continuous improvement. The role also gathers market intelligence, supports aftermarket performance, and helps ensure high-quality service delivery.

Drive robotics and digital solutions sales through end users, resellers, integrators, and strategic accounts. Build sales channels, expand market share, manage customer relationships, achieve revenue targets, provide product demonstrations and technical training, support go-to-market initiatives, and maintain accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts. The role requires approximately 80% travel and is based in Mississauga, Canada.

Plans and coordinates manufacturing production, inventory, materials, work orders, and assembly fulfillment. Reviews demand, shortages, schedules, and MRP exception messages; adjusts planning parameters and resolves scheduling conflicts. The role develops applications, supports proofs of concept, coordinates installation and commissioning, troubleshoots complex technical issues, manages customer projects, and drives aftermarket programs and continuous improvement. It works closely with customers, integrators, distributors, sales, engineering, and service teams, requiring extensive travel throughout Canada and occasional international travel.

Manage sales activities across Ontario West and/or the Greater Toronto Area. Develop territory strategies, build pipelines, prospect for customers, conduct demonstrations and negotiations, and grow profitable sales. Maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners; analyze market and competitor trends; prepare forecasts and performance reports; collaborate cross-functionally; and optimize travel and territory resources. Leads structured growth and commercial excellence for industrial and medical B2B gas control products in Spain. Develops local and global portfolios, manages sales across distributors, key accounts, online channels, installers, and consultants, and expands healthcare and industrial laboratory project business. Coordinates multinational cross-functional teams, builds regional stakeholder relationships, and supports customers through extensive travel.

Manages U.S. international tax provision calculations, federal compliance, informational returns, tax planning, M&A tax support, Pillar Two analysis, tax controversy, legislative research, and tax modeling. Partners with finance, legal, treasury, business units, tax advisors, and global authorities. Supports internal controls, tax policies, process automation, strategic transactions, and technical memoranda while driving accurate and timely filings.

Coordinates copywriters, designers, digital media specialists, social media teams, and internal subject-matter experts. Develops campaign strategies, KPIs, schedules, content, and channel plans while gaining practical marketing communications and digital marketing experience.

Supports inventory monitoring, forecasting, replenishment, procurement, purchase order tracking, supply chain reporting, supplier coordination, inventory record maintenance, demand planning, production scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.

Supports customer demo lab training events, including planning, preparation, and live product demonstrations. Collaborates with sales and product management on virtual training presentations, assists with product testing and light assembly, and documents and reports product concerns and inquiries. The role requires analytical, communication, mechanical or welding knowledge, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Design, develop, maintain, debug, and troubleshoot embedded Linux software platforms primarily in modern C++. Work across embedded systems, networks, hardware, and cloud-connected platforms. Contribute to software architecture, technical investigations, feasibility studies, requirements analysis, planning, documentation, testing, security, and process improvements. Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions for connecting ESAB equipment to the InduSuite system.

Develop and maintain embedded software platform components primarily in modern C++ for connectivity between ESAB equipment and the InduSuite system. Responsibilities include software design, debugging, troubleshooting, secure programming, technical documentation, work planning, testing, and process improvement. The role collaborates with cloud, architecture, design, and testing teams across embedded Linux and connected services.

Manage the global Non- & Low-Alloy Solid Wire product portfolio, develop strategies, drive product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth and customer satisfaction.
