Are you ready to shape the world we imagine with no limits? We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our fantastic Sales team, covering the Rogaland & Vestland territories.
Your Opportunity:
ESAB Norway consists of four sales territories where ESAB sales are either through distributors or to direct accounts. The role of the Field Sales Representative is to manage and develop the assigned sales territory selling ESAB’s entire portfolio of flow business products (filler metals and welding equipment).
What do you do:
Map sales territory potential for ESAB flow business portfolio, understanding the welding customer base and competitive situation in the territory
Develop and execute the growth plan for priority direct accounts and non-Platinum/Gold distributors
Contribute to and execute the growth plan for Platinum and Gold distributors
Value sell the ESAB flow business portfolio to direct accounts, distributors end customers, and distributors
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key persons at direct accounts and distributors (including decision makers)
Keep up to date on the ESAB flow business product range and its Points of Differentiation (POD) vs. competitor products
Work in cooperation with Distributor Development Manager and Sales Representative Industrial Welding Equipment & Solutions
Main Performance Objectives:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications Required:
Technical/Engineering degree or equal, secondary school level
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Experience from the welding industry or market
Experience in a multi-national organization
Driver’s license
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (3-4 days per week).
Fluency in Norwegian and English.
