The Engineering Manager leads a team in an agile environment to improve energy trading processes, offering technical guidance, mentorship, and overseeing project execution while maintaining stakeholder relations and ensuring quality standards.

Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships across onboarding, support, adoption, renewal, and growth. Responsibilities include account setup, customer training, support ticket triage in HubSpot, issue escalation, business reviews, risk identification, product adoption, upsell referrals, customer feedback, and documentation. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, organization, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and fluency in English and German. Hybrid work is based in Zurich with regular travel across European energy markets.

Lead community-led growth and AI-driven marketing to increase visibility and engagement. Own GEO/AEO strategy, technical SEO, structured data, and CRO. Manage paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ABM campaigns, evaluate AI tools, and collaborate across marketing to support rapid growth.

Own a portfolio of ~30 major DACH accounts, build executive-level relationships, design account business plans, drive ARR and NRR growth via upsell/cross-sell across multi-commodity offerings, accelerate platform adoption, and align with Marketplace Management and product teams.
