Mentors engineers, drives innovation and continuous improvement, supports quality and cost reduction, and collaborates with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, customers, and other stakeholders. The role also develops patentable technologies and provides technical leadership across the product life cycle.

Develops ECS’s market presence within the fire protection engineering community by building industry relationships, leading engagement initiatives, identifying speaking and thought leadership opportunities, monitoring standards and market trends, and supporting commercial growth. The role represents ECS at events and technical organizations, collaborates with sales and marketing, develops market-facing content, and influences specifications, standards, and best practices.

Leads corrosion assessment projects from proposal development through completion. Responsibilities include project scoping, scheduling, resource coordination, customer communication, contractor and field engineer coordination, risk management, documentation, contract administration, and project delivery across multiple concurrent engagements. The role also interprets technical documentation, supports proposals, monitors project performance, and maintains client relationships while traveling to customer sites approximately 15% of the time.

Manages full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through onboarding. Partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, screens and evaluates candidates, coordinates interviews, presents offers, builds talent pipelines, maintains ATS records, supports career fairs and onboarding, and ensures compliance with employment laws while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Coordinates recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, job postings, background checks, offer letters, onboarding, and recruiting events. Supports office operations by managing visitors, vendors, supplies, mail, equipment, facilities requests, and employee engagement activities. Maintains personnel records, coordinates new-hire equipment and workspace preparation, and assists with HR initiatives, reporting, audits, and employee administrative needs.

Leads ECS’s largest OEM and strategic channel partnerships, owning commercial strategy, account performance, forecasting, profitability, and long-term growth. Builds executive relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, improves operating processes, manages cross-functional initiatives, resolves complex issues, and aligns global stakeholders. The role also develops team members and drives accountability, customer outcomes, and operational excellence across a matrixed organization.

Leads a multidisciplinary engineering team developing embedded control products from concept through production launch. Oversees mechanical, firmware, electronic hardware, and electrical engineering functions; provides technical and people leadership; manages resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and development processes; and drives design reviews, verification, manufacturability, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, customers, suppliers, and external partners to deliver integrated products and support commercialization.
