Leads customer projects from proposal development through completion. Responsibilities include defining scopes, reviewing technical documentation, coordinating contractors and engineering resources, managing schedules and risks, maintaining project records, supporting contracts and invoicing, and serving as the primary client contact. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, prepares status reports, supports process improvements, and coordinates field activities across engineering, construction, and industrial-service environments.

Leads a multidisciplinary engineering team developing embedded control products from concept through production launch. Oversees mechanical, firmware, electronic hardware, and electrical engineering functions; provides technical and people leadership; manages resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and development processes; and drives design reviews, verification, manufacturability, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, customers, suppliers, and external partners to deliver integrated products and support commercialization.

Coordinate new product development projects from concept through production launch. Maintain schedules, track risks and issues, facilitate cross-functional meetings, produce status reports, support stage-gate reviews, and improve project management processes to ensure timely, on-budget product commercialization.
