Owns strategic client relationships, retaining and growing accounts through consultative engagement, opportunity development, and cross-functional program coordination. Leads client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and webinars; monitors program performance, risks, and recommendations; maintains CRM and forecast data; supports proposals and business development. Requires travel up to 30% for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Leads mechanical product design and development from concept through implementation, including 3D modeling, engineering documentation, component selection, design reviews, and manufacturability. Mentors engineers, drives innovation and continuous improvement, supports quality and cost reduction, and collaborates with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, customers, and other stakeholders. The role also develops patentable technologies and provides technical leadership across the product life cycle.

Develops ECS’s market presence within the fire protection engineering community by building industry relationships, leading engagement initiatives, identifying speaking and thought leadership opportunities, monitoring standards and market trends, and supporting commercial growth. The role represents ECS at events and technical organizations, collaborates with sales and marketing, develops market-facing content, and influences specifications, standards, and best practices.
