Provide commercial legal support for Enea’s global technology operations. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute complex software and SaaS agreements; advise Sales, Product, Management, and other stakeholders; support commercial, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters; monitor legal developments; and improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes. The role requires independent ownership, practical risk assessment, strong communication, and collaboration across international teams.

Provides customer-facing technical support for network software and SDK integrations. Responsibilities include managing support cases, troubleshooting and reproducing complex software issues, analyzing code, developing fixes and custom integrations, debugging performance problems, collaborating with R&D and project teams, supporting pre-sales evaluations, and preparing root-cause reports. The role requires strong C and Linux development skills, networking knowledge, scripting ability, and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex Linux and C software issues, reproducing defects, developing fixes and integrations, analyzing performance, managing support cases, preparing root-cause reports, and collaborating with R&D, project, and pre-sales teams. The role also supports customer integration, project execution, product evaluations, and technical escalations.

Develop and support high-performance network software and custom Enea Qosmos DPI/TI modules throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, protocol reverse engineering, feature development, automated testing, profiling, benchmarking, documentation, customer integration, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support. The role requires Linux-based C development, concurrent programming, networking expertise, and occasional customer-site collaboration.

Develop and customize network-related software for Enea Qosmos products across the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, C development, network protocol reverse engineering, DPI plugin creation, automated testing, profiling, benchmarking, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer technical support. The role requires Linux systems programming, networking knowledge, performance optimization, and collaboration with customer R&D and project teams.

Drive profitable revenue growth for Enea’s Embedded Security Business Unit across EMEA. Develop territory plans, strategic accounts, partner channels, government opportunities, and complex sales pipelines. Manage the full sales cycle for DPI and threat detection solutions, including discovery, proof of concept, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Build executive relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, cybersecurity providers, OEMs, and system integrators while forecasting revenue and representing Enea at industry events.

Provide 24/7 technical support for telecom products, manage incidents within SLAs, troubleshoot and reproduce faults, coordinate fixes with engineering, perform traffic analysis, implement approved system changes, produce RCA reports, share knowledge through documentation, and engage with customers to improve network performance and prevent recurring issues.
