Manage dynamic pricing and platform optimization for Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTAs to maximize occupancy and revenue. Set and adjust rates, monitor listing performance and competitor rates, sync availability, track impressions/CTR/conversion/RevPAR, produce benchmarking reports, support reservations and promotional campaigns, and recommend portfolio improvements.

Lead accounting function at the Matuu bakery: prepare monthly financial statements, manage AP/AR, petty cash, costing, stock and sales reconciliation, ensure tax compliance, produce production and expense reports, and supervise cashiers and accountants.

Perform daily sales and cash/bank reconciliations, prepare daily sales reports, manage raw materials stock reconciliations, post cash sales and invoices in QuickBooks, follow up on invoice queries, reconcile payables and receivables, and perform ad hoc accounting tasks onsite at Matuu Town.

Manage payment schedules, reconcile guest and partner payments, track operational expenses, generate invoices, calculate gross booking revenue, produce monthly income and expense reports, and liaise with landlords and accounting firm on VAT and tax filing.

Support daily operations including inventory and office management, coordinate laundry and cleaning workflows, schedule and monitor cleaners, perform unit inspections, track stock and assets, produce reports, and assist cross-functionally with guest readiness and emergency cleaning.
