Leads first-line support operations, managing ticket queues, triage, SLAs, customer communications, escalations, SOP compliance, quality reviews, and team coaching. The role improves first-contact resolution, reduces backlog and repeat issues, ensures clean S2/S3 handoffs, identifies billable opportunities, and drives measurable client-experience and operational improvements.

Provides technical support to clients by handling helpdesk requests, troubleshooting user, system, and network issues, documenting work, following SOPs, escalating appropriately, and contributing to system stability and process improvements. The role emphasizes clear communication, reliable ticket resolution, structured workflows, and continuous technical growth.

Owns commercial execution within a business unit, including B2B quoting, procurement, stock control, invoicing, revenue capture, margin protection, client communication, and SOP compliance. The role requires maintaining accurate Zoho Books and CRM records, ensuring traceability of assets and licensing, preventing revenue leakage, and coordinating technical scope with profitable commercial outcomes.

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio through retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, upgrades, and once-off sales. Maintain client satisfaction, identify project opportunities from IT assessments, manage quotes and invoicing, maintain accurate Zoho CRM records, coordinate with suppliers and internal technical teams, and contribute to recurring revenue and account growth.

Own the paid acquisition and lead generation engine across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Build and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, workflows, tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations with Zoho. Ensure qualified leads are routed accurately, automation remains reliable, and campaign performance improves through structured testing. Success is measured by qualified lead volume, conversion rates, cost efficiency, data integrity, and pipeline impact.

Create and publish structured daily social media content across Facebook and LinkedIn, manage newsletters and campaigns in Zoho Marketing, maintain Wix website content, uphold brand consistency, and convert business wins into proof assets. The role also involves monitoring community responses, maintaining content plans, applying SEO and mobile best practices, producing Customer Journeys, and delivering reliable, polished output with minimal errors.

Drive new customer acquisition by prospecting, building qualified pipelines, conducting discovery calls, presenting technology solutions, handling objections, and closing recurring monthly agreements. Maintain accurate Zoho CRM records, manage follow-ups, build relationships with business decision-makers, generate referrals, and consistently achieve pipeline, conversion, and recurring revenue targets.
