The role requires maintaining accurate Zoho Books and CRM records, ensuring traceability of assets and licensing, preventing revenue leakage, and coordinating technical scope with profitable commercial outcomes.

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio through retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, upgrades, and once-off sales. Maintain client satisfaction, identify project opportunities from IT assessments, manage quotes and invoicing, maintain accurate Zoho CRM records, coordinate with suppliers and internal technical teams, and contribute to recurring revenue and account growth.
