Sell vehicles by developing prospects, greeting customers, assessing needs, presenting and negotiating purchase options, coordinating test drives and trade evaluations, delivering vehicles, and maintaining customer relationships for retention and referrals.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the finance department: manage DMV and trade title paperwork, scan and organize deal documents, maintain form inventory and supplies, follow up on funding and lender requests, and notify finance managers of issues.

Clean and prepare vehicles and work areas: wash, dry, vacuum, clean windows and interiors, inspect finished vehicles, empty trash, sweep floors, and perform shop cleaning and other assigned duties.

Serve as the dealership's first customer contact, build rapport, confirm appointments, prepare and demonstrate vehicles, handle paperwork, transport vehicles, deliver sold cars, and resolve customer issues while supporting sales growth.
