Eide Chrysler is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who values customer service and looking for a long-term career opportunity. Automotive sales experience is not necessary, however, previous experience in sales or customer service-related industries is helpful.  

We offer an extensive initial training program with regards to our processes, product knowledge and the skills necessary to be successful in today's automotive industry.   • As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and you will build strong customer relationships that are based on authentic ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner via: phone, text, email and in person.
  • Build rapport with customers while at the dealership.
  • Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles for appointments.
  • Prepare vehicles for demonstration drives. This would include: warming up vehicles, filling vehicles with gas and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable for our customers. 
  • Vehicle demonstration drives with customers and explain vehicle features and technology in a professional manner. 
  • Organize necessary paperwork for customers and Eide staff.
  • Transport vehicles to our wash bay facility.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers and further explain vehicle features and technology in a professional manner. 
  • Transport customer vehicles for accessories installation. 
  • Resolve customer issues and problems in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma OR GED; college degree preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Sales experience.
  • Background in sports or other competitive environments a plus.
  • Experience with commission-based sales.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background Check).
