Analyze assessment data to identify learning trends and misconceptions, coordinate with field teams, support platform improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage small projects under tight deadlines.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and microservices using modern full-stack technologies. Collaborate with product, usability, operations, and engineering teams in an Agile Scrum environment. Responsibilities include participating in Scrum ceremonies, writing quality code, performing testing and code reviews, resolving defects, documenting work, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, and owning features after release while supporting customer adoption and satisfaction.
