Plans and coordinates assessment program delivery across schools, managing dispatch, logistics partners, client communication, reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis. Serves as the organization’s daily school-facing representative, supports retention through responsive service, and improves operational efficiency through collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous upskilling.

2. Manage and improve the assessments dispatch and delivery to the assigned schools, in coordination with the a.Internal team/partners, b. clients and c.external logistics partners.
3. Maintain a robust, proactive, and professional communication with the schools and concerned POCs and teachers.
4. Prepare, work ( and improve) on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs, dashboards and data necessary for the schools.

Requirements
1. Very Strong understanding and direct experience of client communication
2. Strong listening skills and ability to understand and comprehend the situation, with patience.
3. Proficiency in Science and Mathematics, English will be an added advantage.
4. Exceptional organizational skills required - both in terms of planning and execution.
5. A dynamic personality with proactive collaboration and also empathy towards the colleagues.
6. A minimum of 2 years of proper work experience in a similar field or position.
7. A progressive mind-set who understands long term vision and problem solving.
8. Candidates with genuine interest in education sector and students learning are preferable.
