Research corporate and foundation prospects, identify CSR funding opportunities, and develop tailored proposals, grant applications, budgets, and presentations. Support CSR due diligence and compliance, coordinate inputs across internal teams, manage fundraising pipelines, and cultivate relationships with corporate stakeholders. Represent the organization at relevant forums and networking events while maintaining prospect records and improving proposal development processes.

Support the Senior Vice President with calendar and meeting management while helping execute business development and partnership strategies. Build and maintain relationships with CSOs, governments, grantmakers, and existing partners; identify growth opportunities through market monitoring; align partnerships with organizational goals; and represent the organization at industry events. The role also supports proposals, government tenders, revenue growth, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement in the education sector.

Creates diagnostic questions and educational puzzles for students in grades 3–10, collaborates with developers to build Mindspark learning modules, analyzes learner data to improve content, and supports school visits, teacher training, newsletters, and translation. The role requires explaining complex ideas clearly, building projects or portfolios, and learning lightweight front-end and AI tools. It is explicitly not a coding role.
