Collaborates with solution analysts, business development, UI/UX, project managers, technical leads, and customers while learning VoIP, SIP, and Agile processes.

Develops and supports VoIP and voice-agent solutions using SIP, SDP, RTP, FreeSWITCH, PBX technologies, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, reviewing team work, and working with communication protocols, databases, APIs, and messaging systems. Preferred experience includes OpenSIPS, Kamailio, softPBX applications, Linux administration, WebRTC, firewall security, and programming in Python, PHP, JavaScript, or Java.
