- Assisting Seniors in HR operations related tasks, including onboarding, exit processes, admin management, vendor management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and Performance Management System (PMS) related roles.
- Should be able to do public speaking, in terms of employee engagement events and activities.
- Updating internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Generating HR-related reports and data as needed.
- Playing a role in the administration management related tasks.
