The Business Development Manager will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through B2B sales, channel partner management, distributor and dealer relationships, and strategic account development. Responsibilities include lead generation, sales forecasting, pipeline and CRM management, market and competitor analysis, trade promotions, influencer engagement, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across construction materials, electrical, plumbing, coatings, and related industries.

Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain recruitment databases and trackers, follow up throughout the hiring lifecycle, and meet recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Supports HR operations including onboarding, exits, employee data updates, reporting, vendor management, engagement events, rewards and recognition, performance management, and administrative tasks. The role assists senior HR staff and requires strong verbal and written English communication, public speaking ability, basic IT industry awareness, and interest in developing an HR operations career.
