Lead strategic and operational HR functions including compliance, employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, benefits/payroll oversight, HRIS reporting, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals in a manufacturing environment.

Responsible for developing and maintaining assembly process plans, inspection standards, and ISIRs; performing incoming, molding, painting, and final shipment inspections; identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions; ensuring test equipment calibration; and supporting cross-functional quality assurance to maintain product reliability.

Provide recruiting and onboarding support, coordinate interviews and hiring events, maintain employee records, assist with payroll/benefits administration, handle general HR inquiries and bilingual (Korean/English) translation, support training, investigations, and HR policy implementation.

Manage development and quality assurance for auto parts from initial planning through mass production. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and certification agencies; oversee component manufacturing, inspections, supplier management, CAPA, logistics and SOP adherence; lead reviews, transfer meetings, and compile completion reports to ensure production readiness and compliance.

Lead and optimize all logistics and production support activities: demand planning, inventory control, ERP management, warehousing, shipping, procurement of imported parts, staff leadership, and performance improvement to meet customer delivery commitments.

Perform and document inspections across molding, painting, and assembly processes; prepare QA management plans and ISIRs; identify root causes and corrective actions; ensure calibration of test equipment; conduct import and final shipment inspections; approve or reject parts based on testing and standards.

Source, assess, and attract candidates using diverse channels; manage full-cycle recruitment with hiring teams; maintain candidate experience, compliance, and documentation; analyze recruiting metrics and report to stakeholders.
