Professional fluency in English and Korean is required.

Procures production materials, consumables, maintenance supplies, equipment, and containers while managing supplier pricing, estimates, payment accuracy, and outsourcing partner standards. The role negotiates prices, calculates order and transportation costs, supports procurement transactions, and maintains material pricing. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills are required; English/Korean bilingual ability is preferred.

Manages accounting close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, treasury and banking support, budgeting, cost and profitability analysis, financial reporting, audits, tax documentation, and internal controls. The role monitors cash, AP, AR, fixed assets, debt, OPEX, CAPEX, and financial performance while collaborating with production, purchasing, and other departments. It also supports process improvements and reporting to U.S. management and Korean headquarters.

Maintains financial records in SAP, prepares financial statements and analyses, supports banking activities, journal entries, reconciliations, AP and AR, expense management, financial closings, tax reporting, audits, and investment evaluations. Collaborates across departments and presents financial reports to executives and financial institutions. Requires an accounting degree, Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, and Korean-English bilingual fluency.

Designs and implements production processes, equipment layouts, and manufacturing technologies. Analyzes and optimizes existing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods; monitors KPIs and provides technical support to production teams. Collaborates with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, supports transitions into production, and trains staff on new technologies and process improvements.

Supports IT infrastructure for automotive manufacturing operations, including servers, networks, workstations, hardware, software, ERP and MES systems.
