Key Responsibilities:

Process Design and Development:

  • Design and implement new production processes and technologies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Develop process flow diagrams, layouts, and specifications for production equipment and systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess production needs and integrate new technologies into existing processes.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive process optimization initiatives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Technical Support and Collaboration

  • Provide technical support to production teams regarding equipment operation and process challenges.

  • Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
  • Conduct training sessions for production staff on new technologies and process improvements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prefer relevant experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role.

  • Proven experience with production process design and optimization.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production technology role.

  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated production systems is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process design
