Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Utilize diverse channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to identify the best fit for roles.

Work closely with hiring teams to understand job specifications, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through compelling job postings, engaging with potential candidates, and promoting the company culture.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

Ensure a smooth recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize sourcing strategies, improve time-to-hire, and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the talent acquisition process continually.

Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering goodwill regardless of the hiring outcome.

Education
